The Tulsa Fire Department, Police Department, and Oklahoma Emergency Rescue Service all received calls about a "body in the river." And when rescuers from the fire department paddled across the water, they did indeed find a body — one that was alive and well. A man had just been lying in the shallow water, hopefully enjoying himself, but was still enough to appear dead. Fortunately it was all just a big mistake.
