Running for 66 years, from 1948 to 2014, Candid Camera always struck me as terrifying. Every time something started to go so wrong I couldn't believe it was real, I had to wonder if somehow I was being victimized on that god-awful TV show.
I can not understand why the host isn't subject to assault by rage-filled victims after saying those special, 'oh hell no' words: Smile! You're on Candid Camera!
