Supreme Court justice Stephen Breyer laments anti-abortion ruling: "very, very, very wrong."

Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer says that the court's dead-of-night decision to allow Texas's abortion ban to come into law was "very, very, very wrong".

"I'll add one more 'very,' " the liberal Justice in an interview published Thursday. "And I wrote a dissent. And that's the way it works."

Conservatives: Patient, relentless work over decades to cultivate and privilege ideologically-reliable justices as part of a broader reactionary political movement which understands and accepts its minority position and fundamental incompatibility with democratic norms but is deadly serious about remaking America in its image and is now as smooth and hard as a wet stone.

Liberals: This is the last straw! We must put him on NPR before it's too late.
