The Witcher 3's next-gen remaster has been met with positive reviews across the board. Indeed, it would be extremely difficult to tarnish the sterling reputation of what is still considered one of the best RPGs of all time… but evidently, that doesn't mean a few unintended additions can't sneak in. The remaster has added modeled genitals to several formerly-smooth (think Ken doll) character models. This apparently came about due to the remaster's inclusion of several overhauls that were originally fan-made mods—one of which included realistic genitalia as part of a larger texture enhancement project. CD Projekt Red has since gone on record stating that the rogue vaginas were unintended, and has pledged to remove them. That does the beg the question of how they snuck past playtesting in the first place. Maybe they were hoping no one would notice?
