Yes, you can now buy Walter White's famous underwear

Every successful television show has at least one moment that becomes synonymous with the series. Game of Thrones had the brutal and captivating Red WeddingSeinfeld had The Contest, and The Sopranos had Tony's first on-screen kill in the brilliantly constructed CollegeBreaking Bad sits slightly ahead of the pack by boasting not only one or two iconic moments but a litany of memorable and quotable scenes spread across its breathtaking five-season run.

When one thinks of Breaking Bad in modernity, the mind generally conjures up Bryan Cranston's infamous "I am the one who knocks" speech or his chilling delivery spouting "say my name," but long-time fans of the show might remember Breaking Bad as the series that advertised the actor in his underwear. If you were a fan of Cranston's undergarments during his time as Walter White, there's an auction featuring a replica of the character's infamous underwear going for $5000.

Walter White's iconic underwear from Breaking Bad is now up for auction, but there are some important things to consider if you're thinking about plopping down major cash.

First and foremost, this is not the exact underwear worn by actor Bryan Cranston. This is a "decoration" pair of the tighty-whities. That's probably for the best, because, uhh, yeah.

The underwear is made of cotton and polyester, and has a waist measurement of 40 inches. The underwear includes the trademark white elastic waistband with blue and goldenrod accents. The listing on the Propstore Auction website (via NME) states that the elasticity from the waistband is "largely lost" due to the passing of time.

Cranston wore matching sets of this underwear throughout the series. The asking price to kick things off is $1,250, but the auction site believes the pair will end up selling for as much as $5,000. We'll see about that.
