Bodycam footage shows David Sneed and Neal Storey, officers with the Enid Police Department in Oklahoma, searching a rural locale for someone yelling "help." Approaching, they became more convinced that someone was in trouble and break into a run. What they found, however, was a goat going about its normal business.
All in all, you really can't say it was that baaad of a call.
