Here is some wonderfully weird footage of a golden apple snail laying eggs. The way the eggs drift upwards along its body and then form a cylinder is surreal-looking.
The eggs look like some candy rope. Both icky and mesmerizing, I don't know whether I want to keep venturing down a snail egg rabbit hole on YouTube or if I've had enough internet for the day.
