Some lucky observer noticed a green lizard engaging in shenanigans outside their house and were able to catch it on video. The reptile climbs up on this outdoor AC fan, only to get lifted off of it and float on air.
The choice to add the Wizard of Oz music makes it a more frantic feeling than it needs to be.
