I'm a writer and illustrator living in Los Angeles. I co-founded bOING bOING magazine, and was the founding editor-in-chief of Wired Online. I wrote and illustrated a kids' science book called Mad Professor (Chronicle 2002), and was the co-editor of The Happy Mutant Handbook (Putnam-Berkley, 1995). I'm a ukulele fanatic.
