Cute, yes. But I don’t see any cheeks, let alone rosy ones.

Y’know, people think Japan is futuristic, but last time I took a walk through the teachers room here, I spotted at least two floppy disks *IN THE WILD*. True story.

Hey that’s wonderful and marvelous! BTW: What’s a floppy disk?

    Eark

Nerd rage! The write protect hole is on the wrong side!

    …still want… :(

I’m not sure it beats the unopened box of Verbatim 5.25′s I’ve got in the office. With buy 10 get 1 free!

I wonder if that lifetime warranty is still valid?
(And oh yes I have an Epson 3.5/5.25 combo floppy drive with cable and a system it will work in.)

  6. Cheqyr says:

If it’s 5-1/4 inches or more, it’s a “floppy”. But the 3-1/2 inchers are “stiffies”.

    Stop smirking.

Seriously, though, I am now overcome with nostalgia, especially after looking at the links posted by scionofgrace and Rob. {:]

  8. tedder says:

NERD RAGE! As many will correct, it isn’t “floppy disc”, it’s “floppy disk”. Disc refers to items such as a CD or laserdisc.

  9. scionofgrace says:

That’s not a floppy. THIS is a floppy.

    (Still cute, though!)
