Google Accelerator has no anonymizing properties

Yesterday we had a post about the relative merits of Google's Web Accelerator as an anonymizing proxy. Turns out that while it's still good as a proxy-buster, it provides zero anonymity benefits.

Nik sez, "Google still passes on the client's IP address to
the server via the X-HTTP-FORWARDED-FOR header which the server can
easily see."
