The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, a "worldwide order of queer men and women of all sexualities" has released a pair of pamphlets on practicing safe sex, "How to put on a condom" and "Sexually transmitted infections: a guide for lesbian and bisexual women" under Creative Commons licenses.

Update: Steve sez, "I do the web design for Venus Envy, an education-oriented sex store and
book shop (locations in Halifax and Ottawa). We've had CC-licensed sex
info (including an S&M safety thing I wrote and a bunch of sexual HOWTO
pamphlets) available online for a while.
