Firefox 2 — the latest iteration of the amazing free and open browser — shipped yesterday. I've been using it for a full day now and I'm swooning with delight. Spell-check! Stupendous handling of tabs! A slightly less-sucky RSS reader (still not ready for primetime, alas). More stability, great looks — for someone who lives in his browser, this is like having my home redesigned by a really talented, thoughtful designer.
