A while ago, fans of Better Call Saul (it's me, I'm fans) were surprised by a new piece of official content dropped out nowhere on an unassuming YouTube channel. Bob Odenkirk was back in full force as criminal lawyer Saul Goodman, salmon-colored suit and all, to tell you about your rights in what we all assumed was a fun one-off video to celebrate America's 250th.
Not so, apparently. A week later, Saul is back again, this time educating the viewer on the ins and outs of representative democracy. Saul4Democracy now seems to be an ongoing series, and I couldn't be happier to see more of everyone's favorite ambulance-chaser.
I'm glad to see Jimmy got out of prison after all, as surreal as it is to hear him mention ChatGPT. Judging by the completely identical suit, this was shot back-to-back with the previous video. Naturally, there are only so many hours in a day, so I wouldn't expect another full six-season arc. More likely, it's meant to get people fired up about the looming midterms, but I'll take any excuse for more crumbs of BCS.
