Really. Even if you're a personal pal. Each of the site's four editors — myself included — have spam and virii-challenged in-boxes, and we find ourselves traveling/being crushed by other deadlines/having to take blog-breaks at various times for various reasons. So, submitting your suggestions by online form instead of personal email is really really really the best way to (a) ensure that your suggestion receives timely consideration, and (b) help us avoid nervous breakdowns.
