Update: BoingBoing reader Darryl says, "No to quibble, but the Satellite was a 'Gay' media and property development group that floated on the Australian Stock Exchange on September 23 1999. They went into administration (rather like bankruptcy in the US) in November 2000 and the court cases continue to this day.
