Organizers of OneWebDay — which takes place on September 22, 2006 — describe it as "a global day for celebrating the
web," during which participants "create a 'good news day'
for the web by making it easy for people all over the world to
participate in visible online/offline creative web-oriented
projects." Brainstorming parties around the country include one tonight, Tuesday May 9 in Boston (Link). There's one on May 11
in Chicago (Link). Other planning jam-sessions are in the works for May 26 in London, and Austin and LA (dates TBD). More info about the September 22 event and the play-think-tanks leading up to it here, and more background here. (Thanks, David Isenberg!)
