Update on Iran's latest 'net crackdown: mandatory site registry


Following up on a BoingBoing item from last week about the Iranian government's new mandate that all websites must register with authorities or be blocked (Link to post), Jadi says,

I am from Iran. Thank you for covering this silly act. There are two funny facts
about this new act of our government:

1- The site design for a national wide project is stolen from an Israeli site

2- The server which is going to keep all the Iranian Internet information is in USA
