Entertainment Weekly is reporting that TLC will air a pilot for Best Funeral Ever, a new unscripted show that follows a typical day at Dallas' Golden Gate Funeral Home and all of the wacktastic death parties it hosts. I, for one, think this is one of the smartest ideas for a TV show because unlike all these dippy-ass wedding shows, death truly is forever and worth all the money for one last party. If there is only one thing we all have in common, fellow humans, it's our mortality. It's okay to have smoke machines and BBQ sauce fountains before we peace out for good. Best Funeral Ever will air Wednesday, December 26 at 8:00 PM (Eastern) on TLC. (via Videogum)
TLC's next unscripted masterpiece is Best Funeral Ever, which is the best idea ever
