House Judiciary Committee: Attorney General Barr in Contempt of Congress

The House Judiciary Committee today voted on its contempt resolution on Attorney General Bill Barr.

In a 24-16 vote split along party lines, the House Judiciary committee voted to hold Attorney General Barr in contempt of congress for failing to turn over Special Counsel Robert Mueller's unredacted report, hours after Trump asserted executive privilege.

The matter now goes before the full House of Representatives.
