They're handcrafted from ethylene-vinyl acetate and are listed with women's sizes (men "take 2 sizes smaller") with a recommendation to size up if you're between sizes. They are hand-painted with "realistic moss" and come in a collector-quality box.
I don't think I've ever spent $110 on a pair of sneakers, but that's not terribly expensive. There are many other marvels of footwear to be found at Bravest Studios' website. I might buy this hat. But I won't be buying these slippers.
