An employee at Highmark whose drink "smelled and looked like semen" told police, who placed a hidden camera, with her permission, to monitor the mug she used. They allegedly filmed a manager taking and returning the mug with fresh deposits, twice, and he was taken into custody.
Timothy Haver, who has become a former employee of the Pittsburgh insurance giant since his December arrest, was charged with stalking, harassment and six counts of indecent assault.
After initially denying having any knowledge of the incidents, Haver was asked "was it poison or semen you put in that mug?" Haver responded "It wasn't poison."
The affidavit states Haver admitted to engaging in the acts "3 or 4 times", saying he would ejaculate into the mug at home and bring it back the next morning."
Haver said that he felt that this was his only way of getting close to her."
At a court appearance Thursday, he brought his pregnant wife and family along.
"He has very strong family support. He understands the allegations and severity of the allegations as it relates to his personal life, and he's actively taking care of his family and in some therapy to help straighten out some things," his attorney, Casey White, told WPXI news.
