Acemagic's NES clone is a powerful modern mini PC

I love Acemagic's ad for its NES-styled mini PC, with posters for AI Slop Mario and Legend of Slop and a depressing neon sign exhorting you to "Relive your Glory Days." You'll be needing the Retro X5's AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor and AMD Radeon 890M iGPU if you want to get good frame rates in Frievatass JE or Zeriagic.

"Relive You ther blony," begins the seemingly handwritten message on a gift card. The rest of the text is obscured, but I'm sure it's a heartwarming and very lucid paean to the 8-bit era of video gaming.

The Retro X5 comes with 32GB RAM and a 1TB SSD and a $935 price tag; that 890M can handle contemporary games at high settings so it's a powerful little box.

Less demanding retrogamers can opt for the Retro X3, which doesn't look like a NES and has the Ryzen 7 H 255 processor and 780M iGPU. I like its "cassette futurism" look a lot, but I don't see a slot for that Pupor Cumservy cartridge shown on the desk.
