Friends and Boing Boing commenters have shared similar experiences (blow a vuvuzala horn in the presence of a dog, and the dog goes nuts), causing me to believe that perhaps there's something in the frequency that upsets canines. Either way, the guy in this video is being a total jerk to this dog, and deserves the fate he so narrowly missed.
