This well designed set of slicers and graters handles cheese, vegetables like a champ. Complete with medium and coarse grating options, and both straight and julienne slicers, the set packs into a set of bowls that can also be used to catch food as you grate, and measure it.
I'm never able to find my big metal box grater, and all the screwy mechanical gadgets I've tried just fail. The slicers are a lot easier to use than my mandoline, and less scary! This set has become the go-to one in my kitchen.
