Kevin Westerhold, 51, was arrested this week and charged with exposing his sexual organs after what Osceola Count Sheriff's Office described as a "sexual performance with a vacuum cleaner."
The Oviedo, Florida man was identified after reports of a man "exposing his sexual organs in front of a residence" on Grassendale Street in Kissimmee's Windsor Hills Resort; video was provided to officers of the act as described.
The make and model of the appliance were not disclosed in news reports. Options would likely center on portable models with traditional circular hoses, such as cordless wet/dry shop models from Ryobi, Milwaukee and DeWalt; home models tend to have crevice tools, wands or other attachments not obviously compatible with human genitalia. That said, the nature of the sexual performance was not specified, either, leaving open more exotic possibilities.
"The investigating deputy canvassed the area on Almaton Loop and spoke with other residents that provided statements of similar behavior by the suspect," the Sheriff's Office wrote in a press release. "The incidents were reported to the HOA in December. Blink video was provided to the deputy of similar incidents of the suspect appearing partially clothed or nude within the hallway of the residence."
Detectives want anyone with knowledge of similar incidents to contact the sheriff's office; the press release follows.
On January 22, 2026, Deputies from the Osceola County Sheriff's Office responded to Grassendale Street, in the Windsor Hills Resort, Kissimmee, Fl. for reports of a man exposing his sexual organs in front of a residence. The victims that observed this behavior provided a statement and a cell phone recording of a male, partially clothed, in front of a residence, engaged in a sexual performance with a vacuum cleaner. The suspect left the area prior to the arrival of the investigating deputy.
Upon further investigation by the deputy, it was determined that the suspect and his wife are listed as the host of the Airbnb on Grassendale Street, as well as a residence on Almaton Loop, both located in the Windsor Hills Resort, in Kissimmee, Fl. As the deputy continued his investigation, he researched a complaint that had been reported on January 21, 2026, regarding a man that was walking in a shared hallway space, nude. Video from a ring camera, of that incident was provided to the deputy by the resident that complained.
