Severe storms in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood sent several pool chairs flying off a high-rise balcony and into the traffic below. The video of the incident shows the lightweight lounge chairs being pushed across a rooftop pool deck by powerful winds. One by one they start lifting off into the air and tumbling over the edge.
The footage is unsettling to watch, but luckily there were no car wrecks. As the chairs drift downward, drivers below are forced to react fast. Traffic slows to a halt as cars are blocked by the falling chairs.
Chicago experienced strong winds and storm damage during the weather system, which caused other disruptions across the city. It's also a great reminder to secure outdoor furniture before severe weather arrives.
