A 47-year-old Munich man tried to commit suicide by jumping in front of a train. He missed and smashed through a window of the engine car where the captain sits. On Tuesday, courts ruled that the suicidal man must pay a couple thousand Euros for repairs to the train and the wages that the driver lost because he was too freaked out to work for several weeks.
