Will the Supreme Court strike down the TSA's secret laws?

John Gilmore has asked the Supreme Court to strike down TSA's regulations
about showing ID to travel, because TSA refuses to publish them.
The idea of a "secret law" has been rejected in the US and British legal systems
since the year 1200 or so. The Supremes have struck down secret detentions and secret tribunals, now will they say "three strikes and you're out?"
