Sony and Bob Dylan have launched a remix project (called "make.believe") that gives you a simple sequencer and a four-track separation (vocals, guitar, drum and bass) from which to produce your own mix of the classic "Subterranean Homesick Blues" (you can also mix in your own recordings). Your mixes are shared on the Sony Music site, and compete for various prizes (including a trip to SXSW in Austin).

Remix Project

I write books. My latest is a YA science fiction novel called Homeland (it's the sequel to Little Brother). More books: Rapture of the Nerds (a novel, with Charlie Stross); With a Little Help (short stories); and The Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow (novella and nonfic). I speak all over the place and I tweet and tumble, too.

Fun to play with! But now it’s piqued my interest in playing with Apple Soundtrack again. Depsite the many many loops included with Soundtrack, I really want to break out of those and find CC loops. Does anyone know of a nice, large repository of CC loops?
