Survival Research Laboratories: SFMOMA Groundbreaking, 1992
In 1992, our dear friends at Survival Research Laboratories staged a machine performance at the groundbreaking ceremony for the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. As part of SRL's ongoing digitization of their large archives, they've posted this video of the hijinx. It was shot and directed by Leslie Asako Gladsjo, a frequent SRL video collaborator during the 1980s and early 1990s. Many more SRL videos at their YouTube channel.
