    Good summary. probably a time saver for me as I listened while skimming a half doz other web sites this am. I ‘ll probably go back and read BB and dig into life hacker more based on your post.  Having others read would be fun too.  I say keep it up for a week or six and see if it sticks.
    On life hacking – I met some of the Quantified Self folks last week while in SFBay area.  If I didnt already have too many projects it would pop higher on the ToDo stack.
