Not to strike out on a weird tangent, but I like the effort made to make this look like it was printed on newsprint – the blurred lines, the yellowing. Very cool stylistic choice.
I thought it was supposed to represent the Very loud audio affecting the crowd in that scene

The dudes in suits and bow ties look more like members of the Nation of Islam than the Five Percent Nation/Nation of Gods and Earths.

Dondi’s letters were really the blueprint for everyone that came after him, he was so dope. And Futura was just ahead of his time all-around. Ramelzee is a first-class nutcase, god bless ‘em.
