What to drink in outer space

There is (officially) no booze in (American) space. (Russians get to drink. Our astronauts, technically, do not.) But, for a brief moment in the 1970s, that rule was almost repealed and Paul Masson California Rare Cream Sherry briefly became the official wine of NASA.
