1) A box that does nothing.
It exists for no reason than to be lit from within when you flick the switches. It glows with potential technology, but sits with no purpose. There's another, larger version as well, but it's lost to the gathering mists of office crapola. I think this was for a competition where we asked for an example of 21st century technology.
