The Global Lives Project is a volunteer effort to create an online video library of human life experiences from around the world. My Institute for the Future colleague David Harris launched the project to "record 24 hours in the lives of ten people that roughly represent the diversity our planet's population," and it's grown in scope from there. (I interviewed David about Global Lives last summer for GOOD magazine.) This Friday is the world premier of the Global Lives immersive video installation at San Francisco, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.
