Angela Hawkins, 52, of Chesapeake, Virgina filed a $2.25 million lawsuit against Verizon Wireless, claiming that rude and threatening customer service representatives caused her to suffer a heart attack.

According to the suit, the representative told a supervisor that Hawkins threatened to "kill everyone in the call center." The supervisor said that he was calling the police. After listening to a recording of the call, the supervisor called Hawkins back and apologized for the "miscommunication."
