Daniel says he does not take drugs, does not drink, and does not smoke, but eats one Krispy Kreme donut every other week, and admits that they are as "addictive as cocaine." He received $37,500 from the City of Orlando because the police officer had never been trained in using a field drug test, but his arrest record still hasn't been cleared.
