Branson's VSS Unity, formerly the VSS Voyager, is a StarShipTwo sub-orbital rocket spaceplane. Perhaps he will be frozen in time and returned in the 25th century.
Sadly, once they achieved space Sir Richard was unable to broadcast his prepared speech to the world. His announcer reported this failure, letting us know they would "capture his magical words and share them with the world later."
The Unity seems pretty much designed for space tourism. Perhaps the launch platform can be used to lift satellites. Branson appears to have fewer plans to move to Mars than Musk, or 15 minute delivery of packaged goods from a space-warehouse, like Bezos.
