After reporting a large amount of movement that the HOA's lead spokes-engineer Ronald Hamburger either failed to notice or did not disclose, NBC Bay Area reports that the Millennium Tower homeowners association has ended a program where an outside analyst was on-site monitoring the tower's "fix." Monitoring will now be off-site.
