This art piece by Adrien Miller combines sculpture and light. Upon first glance you may think you're looking at a digital effect, but this is all made by hand — this open-mouthed wall sculpture is really breathing out rainbows.
The electrifying effect is created by mirrors and a prism, which make the incense smoke coming out of the sculpture's mouth appear to be rainbow-colored. The video shows the sculpture blowing out donuts of smoke as a large rainbow cloud spins around the room. It looks like wizardry, but it's just incense, mirrors, and a prism doing all the work.
Miller describes it simply, from Adrien Miller Art: "Playing with smoke and mirrors and a prism again. Making this little wall face sculpture blow rainbow donuts. What weird stuff do you do when it's a sunny day and you want to play?"
