Crazy Taxi is back!

When Sega very boldly declared it would revive a few of its classic franchises from the Dreamcast era, I admittedly did not believe them. I'm pleased to admit I was wrong. It may be nostalgia, it may be a vice-Presidential candidate wistfully remembering it: whatever the reason, Crazy Taxi is finally back.

There hasn't been a proper new entry since 2002, but Crazy Taxi: World Tour seems like it's determined to make up for lost time. Supposedly, it's now a globetrotting adventure full of weirder fares and higher stakes than before, but don't ask me how Axel fits that taxi on a plane. The Offspring is back, too!

Granted, the Fortnite-esque graphics are throwing me a bit, but Crazy Taxi has always been about gameplay first and foremost. Let's hope it delivers (get it?) when it drops next year.
