BB reader Bruno Maestrini in Brazil says,
Last year YouTube was banned in Brazil because of a video where Daniella Cicarelli, a famous brazilian model, was shown having sex on a beach in Spain.Two days ago, the court ruling came out: YouTube won and Cicarelli will have to pay R$ 10,000 (aproximately US $5,000) to YouTube, iG and Globo, the three companies she was suing for monetary compensation.
