Ex-Enron C.E.O. gets his sentence cut by 10 years

Ex-Enron C.E.O. Jeff Skilling, the sociopathic swindler who wiped out the life savings of thousands of people, just had his prison sentence reduced. He was scheduled to be released from a federal pen in 2028; now he'll get out in 2017. “We are relieved that Jeff can now look forward a day when he can come home to his family and friends,” said his lawyer, Daniel M. Petrocelli.
