Mega-mantis shrimp caught in Florida

We're gonna need a bigger bottle of cocktail sauce: A fisher caught this massive, 18" crustacean off a pier in Fort Pierce, Florida.


"Scientists think it may be some type of mantis shrimp (which are actually not related to shrimp, but are a type of crustacean called a stomatopod), and continue to review the photos to identify the exact species," says the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
