Women come together to highlight the "struggles" of men in Hollywood

There's been a lot of discussion recently over how satire can and should be used as our society becomes increasingly aware of issues of inequality

(or, as naysayers might say, more "politically correct").

This video is a perfect example of how satire can still be a powerful tool in our more sensitive age: it "punches up" at those in power, it ironically critiques a social problem, and it's pretty damn funny to boot.

The video's message: Last year men directed merely 93 percent of major studio films and held only 70 percent of speaking roles. Isn't it time they held 100% of those positions?

Launched by actress Patricia Noonan and writer/comedians Emily Tarver and Nadia Quinn, the Make It Fair Project fights for "gender equality in the stories we tell, the wages we earn, and the future we shape." For the campaign's first project, Noonan, Tarver, and Quinn brought together an all-female cast and crew of over 70 women, including stars like Rita Wilson, Mamie Gummer, Annie Parisse, Kathleen Chalfant, Jessica Hecht and Orfeh.
