Cody from Cody's Lab had 640 pounds of liquid mercury lying around, so he devised an experiment to see if he could stand on it.
It turns out it's not dense enough to stand upright on the surface, but it is possible to float white standing upright in a shallow container. The pressure exerted on the sides of the boots sounds freaky, and it's hard to stay upright because the center of gravity make it like balancing an upright broom in the palm of your hand.
