Two weeks ago, Brazilian legislators rushing into congress left an unusual item in their wake: a pair of women's underwear. No-one has claimed them since, and they were subsequently incinerated. "We have a suspicion as to who the owner is," congressman and professional clown Francisco Everardo Oliveira Silva told Reuters' Brian Winter, "but we're not going to turn him in."

Who here hasn’t had a bonus article of clothing clinging to the inside of a sleeve or pant leg?

I almost went to work one day with a sock in my pant leg. :)
Someone told me a story a few months ago of a female student in her class surprised to find some lacy underpants inside her shirt.

I assumed Rob was just being snarky, but then I read the Reuters article. Apparently, the guy really is a professional clown.
