    Alternatively, we could all take a breath, relax, and stop taking everything so personally (as many people in the service industry have to do every day).

    We used to live in a society where we were defined by how much money we make. Now it’s by how many friends we have on a computer server. 

    I wish we could go back to the old days and just measure our worth by who can spit the farthest.
