With the exception of a few countries, the percentages of men and women on the internet seem remarkably close to me. It is easier to get useful information right out of the histograms at the ITU site; for example, while Switzerland shows 90% internet use for men compared to only 80% use among women, the US is down just below 70% for both sexes. So, while the US male/female ratio of <1.0 seems far less sexist than the Swiss ratio, in fact Swiss women are online at a much higher rate than their American sisters.
